It would be nice to be able to click on a contour and when clicking again to define your selection there should be a forward and back button that follows the contour so you don't have to select every single line along the way. The forward button should follow the contour until it reaches a corner and the back button can go back in steps incase it goes further than you wanted. Will be helpful when selecting boundaries also.
This would make it so much easier and quicker to select lines for your tool to follow.
