If I cut a shape through a body, all bodies / components behind it are also cut unless I first hide the bodies I don't want cut. I would like the ability to select which bodies or components I want to cut directly from the cut dialog box. This would be far more usable than having to remember to first hide the objects which I don't want to cut.
