Search/Filter Browser Items

I'm currently working on a project that has over a thousand components. I'd love to be able to filter the browser list to show just the items called "BTN_Toggle" for instance. A small search/filter field next to the top-level of the tree could work. Being able to tag items would be a bonus, or finding item of type "linked".

Same goes for Named Views, If you have more than 20-30 of them, it would be nice to filter them, search them, group them in folders or tag them with a color.

I agree.  I was just involved in a design review that involved a lot of can you isolate part number "1345034-04"? 

Searching would have made it a lot easier to locate a particular component, especially internal components!

Thanks for the request.  This is a great idea (one that I'd use a LOT), but it likely isn't something that we'll invest in for a while based on other priorities.  Archiving this for now.
