It's very frustrating that the sculpt environment does not have some sort of history feature. Lets say I do the following, if I want to create something that fits around a 3D scanned arm:
1. I have a mesh body from a 3D scanned arm.
2. I create a cylinder and use the pull tool to pull the cylinder onto a particular surface of the arm, say, the wrist, to make a bracelet.
3. I use the thicken tool to create a body around the wrist, essentially a bracelet with a given thickness.
4. Perform any modifications to the bracelet to make it cool.
At this point, nothing I can do, apart from using ctrl-z and thus reverting ALL of my modifications will allow me to change the thickness of the bracelet. This is compounded by the fact that parameters cannot be used in the sculpt environment, so I can't just change a parameter either. I would definitely suggest adding some sort of history or parameter feature in the sculpt environment.
