When using Edit Form in Sculpt mode, the Triad is always aligned with XY axis. This makes it challenging to pull faces at angles without deforming the shape. My suggestion is to be able to rotate the Triad in space so that users align it in relation to where they want to pull surfaces to. I'm attaching an image showing how the triad pulls an angle surface currently (left image) and how it would pull it if it were angled (right image).
