The Idea is based on a real case, it will be great if in Fusion, a Robot programming module can be made, the robot, the machines like cnc, injection press, everything can be made in 3D or better downloaded from the supplier web site in step 3D, than we can make the joints per example on a 6 axis robot arm, with the limitations of travel and the resolution per axis. From there the virtual robot can be moved and a program can be made in Python or in live directly to the robot controller.
All the digital servo motors drives are now Ethercat, thios allow the many drives (and servos) to be connected together to work in an assembly with a synchronise clock, it's really simple (Ethercat daisy chain).
The 3D distance and limits made into Fusion can allow to control the robot really precisely, and in a futur step, all the workshop can be made in 3D, with all the machines and robots, to have a live view of the production offline or in real time (online).
