Right click Promote Child Component to Parent / drag up in tree feature

Right now I need to right click, cut, paste new... I would like to see ability to just drag children components out of parent and make them their own entity in the browsers Hierarchy Tree structure. This seems like a common feature among programs that have hierarchical relationships and I think it should be fusion... Also could add a right click feature promote to parent as another way to do it but I would prefer the drag it out of parent and make it its own... both features please.
