Having a remove selection capability when selecting items to project into your current sketch would be very handy. I try to limit my projected items to points to minimize clutter, so as a result when I get into the project command I tend to pick a lot of points before I hit OK. If I erroneously pick a point I do not want, I either live with it or start over. A better alternative would be a ctrl click to remove the selection.
