Preference option for dimension pop up box

Hi,

When editing a feature there is a redundant pop up box that allows you to change the dimension (it is automatically highlighted when you select edit feature). Please add an option that will allow me to remove this pop up. It gets in the way and is the reason I moved away from Inventor. it always pops up on the model (even if you move it away the next time you edit a feature it pops right back on the model). I cannot stress enough how much this pop up box gets in the way of modeling. (please see attached pic)

It would be nice if this could be a preference setting. The box is really redundant and often seems to magically appear in exactly the wrong spot. The normal UI window already has all the fields needed to enter information/parameters.
