Populate names to linked objects (Sketch Drillholes -> Extrude Drill Holes)

Populate names to linked objects (Sketch Drillholes -> Extrude Drill Holes)

Naming things in Fusion 360 is still a time consuming task. Having a label box in Fusion is thing many people like to have (at least if I search the idea station) But I'd like to suggest a different solution (but still like to have a label box in the create dialog)

If I name a Sketch I would like to have this name in the name of the extrusion, revolve etc. , too.  If I name a plane and use it for the sketch, please populate the name of the sketch, too. If I create a join please add the names of the components.

Sketch Drill Holes -> Extude Drill Holes

Plane Top Profile -> Sketch Top Profile -> Extrude Top Profile

This is a good idea, though if I were implementing it, I would include it as a toggle in the user's preferences, or perhaps on a per-drawing basis. I can think of times that I wouldn't want it.

@Anonymous: Sure. This should clearly be configurable via preferences. A per drawing basis doesn't sound convincing to me, because I can think this would interrupt the "flow" to much. I would prefer some semi-automatic logic like: If the plane is renamed apply the logic otherwise go with the "old" behavior and do noting.

I like this idea. More generally, I wish it were easier to name features as you create them.
