Place Surface Symbols anywhere on drawing (meets DIN EN ISO 1302 (2002-06))

Hi,

I need the posibility to place the surface symbols anywhere on the drawing without the need to select a element.

This is required to make drawings like this:

Actually the only way to do this is to make a template in a seperate CAD Software and import this in Fusion 360.

This kind of placing the surface symbols is pretty much standard in Europe and is teached during education (bottom right).

It would be fine if we do not need to go the long way with making a template in a seperate CAD System for each drawing.
