Parameter Manager

- We would like quicker access to the parameter manager. Specifically, we would like to be able to change parameters from within the manufacture workspace.

- We would like to be able to declare and assign user parameters from within a dimensional constraint input event. 

- We would like to be able to reference an external, shared parameter file.

Following up on previous thoughts...

It would be very nice for a user, with a public link, to be able to access and change parameters (temporarily of course!) through the web interface.

Better yet, an option to make available certain parameters when using embedded links.

Yes, please.. Either of those would be great.
