Overview of "Used In" for all the design versions

Currently, the "Used in" tab only displays the models the current version of the design is referenced in. To track which design version has been used elsewhere, one needs to browse through the versions one by one. The lack of overview of "Used In" for all the versions may also cause confusion when attempting - and failing - to remove a design that is seemingly not referenced anywhere (but its previous version is).

I think Pawel is right on. In my context “Used in“ helps sorting out component links and yet it shows only half of the truth. Only is shown where the component is active in the latest version of an assembly. Links to older versions are not indicated (“This item is not referenced by any other designs.”). So, assuming the component is not in use, I gladly pressed delete. An alert came up telling me that it is still somewhere in use. Somewhere as I do not have any further information on where I am stuck. From my point of view this brings a severe cut to the value delivered by „Used in“.

Have the “Used in” function not only show where the component is actively used. Show the legacy versions as well. As long as there is any link it has to show in the list. There may be an indicator for legacy vs. active for a quick overview.

This reminds me. I uploaded the Apollo Command hatch model into the wrong Fusion profile, and had to remove it.

That was a nightmare of having to remove one component at a time to get rid of the entire thing. Many times I would try to delete a component only to see the message "this is used somewhere else"... ugh.
