Sometimes when I cad something, it's an off the shelf part. It would be cool for me to add a description of where I plan to get this from and any other info just for future reference - useful for those of use making 1 offs.
If you right click a component in the browser and select properties there's option for Name, Part number and a description. Could do with a bigger edit box but you could just paste info in.
@HughesTooling Yes, this is a great feature. But isn't really a description if you have to click to access it. I was thinking more of a box with a description that appears when you hover over the component. This could also be applied to bodies, construction geometry and sketches too.
