Option for deleting patterned objects when deleting a pattern.

Option for deleting patterned objects when deleting a pattern.

Right now when deleting a pattern as in the screenshot below the patterned objects - lines, arcs, all the purple stuff in the screenshot  - remains unconstrained in the sketch. If they are not needed anymore they all have to be deleted manually.

It would be nice when deleting a pattern to be presented with a little pop-up window "delete patterned objects ? Yes/No"

I agree we should offer the option to delete patterned sketch objects, though we currently have a number of higly-requested sketch enhancements in our backlog.  Marking this as a Future Consideration.

users should be allowed to at least enter 0 for the quantity of patterned objects to get rid of them, or allow them to be deleted with a dialog box.

I've just come across this requirement; I've got 152 patterned instances to delete! +1

Old thread, but I just ran into this issue.  I just made the pattern 1x1 then deleted the "pattern" constraint.  Might help someone unless there is a better way that I missed.
