Optimize files for CNC milling and 3d printing

Optimize files for CNC milling and 3d printing

I think Fusion 360 should add a feature that will let you optimize a file which will be CNC milled.

What this feature should let you choose the material that is going to be milled. Then it should show or let you if a part is too thin/weak, after that it should give the user some options on what you what to do. For example, some of the options could be that to go back and change the thickness or change the thickness for you automatically.

This idea can be implemented for 3d printing parts as well, in the same way, the feature could ask what type of material it's going to be printed as, then it could what microns its printing to, and then do the same as what I have said above.

Thank you
