Offset Sketch Curves

Hi!

While using Fusion, I occasionally find this problem where after offsetting a sketch line, to make a second offset (like for lids that save material), the second offset needs to be made directly from the original sketch line, not the already offset line. Fusion recognizes attempts to do this and instructs users to simply create the offset from the original. This is a minor problem, but simply adding double-offset functionality would greatly increase the time it takes to create lines, not experiencing the problem, then trying to work around it. I know you are busy, but I hope you consider this.

We used to be able to able to offset an offset line. I would guess that some extra code was added to prevent this from happening. Can anyone give a good reason as to why that ability was removed?

It is a real pain creating an offset line to be a new reference line, then trying to offset the new line. I have to go and find the offset constraint and delete it just so I can continue working with my sketch.

Just like other tools, it would be nice to have a symmetrical offset and specifiable distances on both sides.
