offer left / right direction for thickness and dont use + / - values

using -3mm to define a direction can make sense but makes then the formula writing more complicated

when you want to use that dimension value for other dimensions

-3 mm to be +3mm has to written as: -(d16)

ideally if the thickness command can just use a normal value but the tool defines the direction using the surface normal as a guide

the user can later simply reference to D16 and has not to do all this other stuff
