when i was designing the other day it hit me that you could not select to keep your sketch when you yoused the extrude tool. so it would just be nice if there was added an keep tools option in the extrusion tool
Unless I don't quite understand what you are stating, the sketch doesn't get deleted after you use the extrude tool. It is still available under the sketches drop down of your design, or you can also access it via the timeline at the bottom of the window if you have design history on.
