I would like to be able to automatically name components, CAM programs, drawings etc. The main problem I want to solve is having to type in the program name for every cam setup I create. I want to set the default program to be the component name, or even better set the setup name to be component name 1,2,3 etc instead of setup 1,2,3. Then use the setup name to be the program name. There are other instances where I want file and component names to be parameters, but I can't think of them now even though I've been grumbling to myself about this for years.
