name joints in creation dialogue

Tend to forget to label joints until its too late and there are so many it's a pain to figure out which is which?

It's no wonder because, after creation, the disappear into that little folder at the top of the hierarchy and we move onto other things.

SUGGESTION: include a field in the joint creation dialogue just underneath Joint Type pre-populated eg with "Rigid-2" over which we'll immediately want to type a more appropriate name before hitting "OK".

Naming problems over.

I think that's a great idea, too many times i've placed dozens of joints only to have to go through each one individually to figure out which one i need to change
