As far as I have looked there is no feature within Fusion 360 that allows you to hide/suppress different sets of fillets within a singular command. It makes it hard to select a local group of lines that I want to fillet without having multiple individual fillet commands. Having different colored highlighted lines, or suppressing the blue highlight on lines per selected "fillet set" in the side menu could be a decent solution.
