Move Data Panel to the right side of screen.

I'd like the option to have the Data Panel on the right, the reason for this is I don't like the toolbars and icons moving to the right when you have the data panel open. After working for a while without the data panel open then opening it, I keep going to the wrong menu because it's moved to the right a couple of inches. Or just make the data panel dockable.
