More Intuitive - Capture Design History

Capture Design History and Do Not Capture Design History are in two different places.

My suggestion:

Capture Design History and Do Not Capture Design History should always be located in the same place: under the settings button, to the right of where the timeline is displayed. In multi-component designs, the timeline would be toggled for the active component.

The reason for this is simple: Having a control change location on toggling is a big no no, if an intuitive user experience is the goal. You would be confused if you turned off your oven and the next time you went to turn it on, the touch interface had vanished and it was now necessary to use another interface at another location to turn it back on. So why do this in software?

Also "Capture Design History" should possibly just be called "Enable Timeline" as this would be clearer for new users and not introduce any problems for experienced users.
