Make Cloud Translators more accessible in local export dialog

Currently there are limited local translators and an expanded list of translators that are avialable from the browser-based dashbaord.

When exporting from the local translators, add a place to open in the Dashboard or to automate exporting in all file formats. This will reduce confusion on which file format are available and when they are not. It can also help overcome difficulties between web browsers and the dashboard.

Yes please. Also the importer will be great to have them offline.
