It is great that you can create a parameter called Length and link it to a dimension, so every time that you change the Length the 3D geometry changes. What would be even better is a feature to link the parameter to a parts list in a drawing. Based on my engineering, almost every time that you have a cut list you need to provide the length, height and other sizes. If you have already created a parameter called Length and it contains the correct size, you should be able to translate that into the parts list in the drawing.
Currently, you have to manually input the sizes in the cut list. This results in human error. In addition, if the 3D model changes, you have to remember to go back to the cut list to correct your initial input.
