Layout grid disappears during sketching

Layout grid disappears during sketching

I am using Fusion 360 version 2.0.1596

When I see my workspace there is a layout grid. See this screenshot:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/88ntnaarkt881so/Screenshot%202015-09-07%2010.00.03.png?dl=0

But as soon as I start a sketch, the layout grid disappears, and the option to turn it back on is unavailable. See this screenshot:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/gt48a1m9kic4mjp/Screenshot%202015-09-07%2010.02.30.png?dl=0

This is not helpful behaviour mainly because I can't find the sketch orgin.

I don't think this is the right place to post a bug report, but it is my only option in the program.

When in am on the PC I have the same problem but on my mac it is fine?

Would you know when this might get fixed.  Or is there another place for the settings that I am missing.

Thanks

Disregard my comment I just found out where to turn it on.

Happens to me too, can't pin it down to a particular action or event, seems to be random. Usually, rotating the view cube makes it reappear, or I can force it on again by using the view toolbar, Grids and Snaps, Layout Grid option.
