Laser Pocket Toolpath for Rastering Text or Logos

Hey Guys,

It would be nice if in fusion 360 laser toolpaths, we could do a "raster" or like a pocket toolpath for thick fonts and Logos. The path would need to output a M03 S0 to turn the laser off at retracts to move to the next letter or pocket area and turn the laser on when it starts etching the pocket area.

There is currently other software out there that will take a .BMP image and scan it and generate Gcode but it would be nice to choose a pocket reigon and create the toopath directly in fusion 360.

I am curios how high on the priority list laser programming is for fusion 360. I think it has great potential and could be a very useful tool!

Hey Guys,

Still hoping this can be added to the laser tool paths. it would be nice to be able to engrave bold fonts so they show up good when lasered
