Currently, F360 supports 2D cutting (laser, wj, plasma) If it were possible to intuitively write the toolpaths for laser engraving (filling in areas mainly but including rastering), users would not have to use wonky softwares to create their gcode. I know it's possible to customize a .cps file and use 2d pocket milling but that is a workaround and not fluid. The ability to set laser as the tool and post gcode easily would be a great addition to an already great tool.
Second wish:
3D Printing slicers lack arc supports mainly because when they were originally developed, Marlin (main reprap fdm printer platform) did not support it. For a while now, Marlin has supported and it would significantly shorten GCODE files and improve quality overall. Fusion 360 already has powerful modeling features and if that could transition directly to slicing, it would be a game changer.
