Facing the same problem. Google search did not help.

Please could someone answer this problem with a solution. It would be very helpful to be able to use a common standard materials instead of converting back and forward all the time, also it would be inconvenient for the supplier.

Hope that this issue gets some replies soon.

Thank you!

You fellas got my support.

Being located in Europe and then having to use the the AISI standard, and converting back and forth,  just makes the whole process feel - well not serious for the users outside the US.

Kind of like making everybody use inches... 🙂

I really hope this is something that can be added to the software within a near future. And the ability to create and manage your own materials, so  you for example could add the product line of a specific supplier.... here in sweden it might be SSAB.

But that´s just the whole thing....  Europe is Solidworks in my line of work.... so if you could get the hobby folks to learn Fusion, they get the basics of Inventor.... which could mean a push for more market share.

Just my two cents...

None the less....I´m really starting to enjoy both the Fusion software and all of the cloud based functionality, they just need to step it up a notch.
