Include render of an exploded view in the default renders

I used Animation mode to explode the assembly and then tried to render it by going into the "render" mode. But, as soon as I go into the render mode, the assembly collapses back into its original shape and my initial goal of rendering the exploded view fails. 

Is there a way to enable rendering of the exploded view or animations? If there isn't it would be a nice feature to add.

This work will be done in a future release.  Right now it is TBD.

I'd currently really find rendering an explosion super useful.  I don't want to have to take screen shots to gather images of my assemblies when apart.
