I have been using Fusion for a few weeks, trying to learn the system. The system is fairly simple to grasp and pretty user friendly however, I find that the revolve tool is rather limited. If one is trying to generate acme thread at a custom pitch, there is no way to do this on Fusion 360. If the revolve tool had a height offset option, this could be completed with ease. I understand that there is a "thread" tool available and it's pretty useful for smaller holes, but when generating threads on a large external shaft (Like a 3" threaded shaft) it would help to be able to generate an actual thread, rather that just a image pasted on the surface. This feature would also be useful when trying to render spirals out of different shaped material, like square bar stock.
Another limitation I found was the extrude tool. There is not an option to add a rotation to the extrusion. I can add a taper, but there is no rotation option.
Maybe adding an option to generate arcs in 3-dimensions would be the easiest way to remedy both issues.
