The more I use the extrude function the more I'm growing to hate it.
It's downright amateurish in design. What should be accomplished in a few clicks takes at least twice as many and often gives an unwanted result because it's too clever by half. Combine using this tool with for instance a necessity of selecting 12 contours within a sketch to be extruded and the whole endeavor is contemptibly tedious.
The desired function/output should be at the top of the menu and the selected option should not change after creating a body! Stop helping me - the anticipation of what's desired is not helpful.
Likewise the from and too options should remain as the user has set them, and so to the 'keep tool' should also remain set to the last user choice even after closing out for the day and restarting the next.
Stop resetting my tool!
