Improve Circle / Curve Select-ability

I would love to see some improvements to the lack of ability to select circles including:

• Select Quad Points
• On 2nd point selection, allow nearest point selection
• Tangent selections

These things should work both in Measurements of solids as well as Sketch workspace for dimensions.

-- I'm aware of this dimensioning trick but it's pretty lacking still (and very buried in a Right-Click Context menu).
