HDR Light Studio plugin

HDR Light Studio plugin

Hi All,

I don't know if Lightmap company could develop a plugin for their HDR light studio software.

I think that all the Fusion360 hdrs presets are too few and we can't tweak them.

For the perfect product render we have to export the model into an external app, assign new materials, set up all the necessary lights and environment.

Why?

With HDR Light Studio we could create beautiful renders without leave Fusion360.

regards

I voted for this, but in the meantime you my want to look at Thea for Fusion 360 😉

You can now use custom IBL in fusion. Adding real-time editing of IBL is an interesting suggestion. We can certainly add a quick reload function to pick up changes to the IBL on disk.

Hi, I also think Fusion would greatly benefit from a HDR light studio plugin. I really like the render realism I achieve from Fusion renderer. After trying many different other render software, I continue to try and find a way of using the Fusion option, but am running out of options.

I now have and use HDR light studio and get perfect lighting from within the app in stand alone mode. However I can't get the saved HDR or EXE environments to produce the same lighting (not even close) when I import them within the Fusion renderer, which is such a shame.

I have also tried Keyshot, but I can't get the same realistic render that Fusion produces. Although keyshot allows me to create my own environments, it does not allow saving environments as HDR or EXE....only hdz, which is not accepted by Fusion 360 renderer. Most of the models I create are of flat shiny geometric surfaces, which are of course one of the most difficult types of model to light realistically, hence the reason for getting HDR light studio....it really is a fabulous piece of software which is very accurate on difficult flat surfaces and incredibly easy to use.

I believe Fusion 360 would benefit greatly from connecting with HDR light Studio, as are all the other companies who already have a connection and realise the benefits of creating your own environments exactly the way you want them with ease. It's a no - Brainer to me ....Please Fusion...make a connection with HDR Light Studio (please include Mac connection as this is what I use)

If these two fabulous products started talking to each other, Fusion would benefit greatly by becoming more recognised as a the fabulous renderer that it is with fully flexible lighting options as opposed to the general opinions I read about Fusion renderer now as Good but very limited. We would all benefit from not having to leave the Fusion 360 environment. I would rather work as much as possible in Fusion 360 for a much better workflow.

I have two amazing products, please save your own development costs and time involved in improving slowly and take a massive leap forward quickly with a connection to HDR LS.

I absoloutley vote for this enhancement!
