I've noticed a lot of users have a small panic attack when they think the Sculpt workspace or Mesh workspace is missing. I see this (and get asked about this) all the time with new users...and I've even seen some pretty experienced users forget why those workspaces are not there... so here's my idea:
What if we had all the workspaces shown in the Workspaces dropdown list at all times... but the ones that weren't available for specific reasons would be grayed out? Maybe even a tooltip that says why it's "disabled"?
I think this could improve the user experience, especially for newer users... and there's just something about it that feels better. It lets the user know that the software is working and they don't start to have thoughts in his/her head "is this a bug?" or "do I have to restart my fusion?"
Curious if anyone has any thoughts on this...
Cheers,
Kevin 🙂
