Fusion 360 Help / Learning Videos should have Closed Captions and Transcripts

The various videos available on the Fusion 360 Help / Learning centre should include Closed Captions and full Transcripts for those who

1. find that turning them on aids with learning and makes the video / learning experience more engaging

2. to make them accessible for people who have a range of hearing impairments / disabilities

Examples of sites that do this already are

1. Lynda / LinkedIn Learning

2. Pluralsite

I found if you look up Autocad's channel & tutorial videos directly on youtube, you can turn on CC. Not sure if it has all videos but it's a start.

I'm deaf and the first thing I checked is if Fusion 360 videos have captions. They don't.
