Function Re-Selection

Function Re-Selection

It would be beneficial if there was the ability that a function stays selected after a single performed action.

E.g. currently if I want to add different chamfers to a part, I always have to reselect the chamfer function again and again.

There is a speed up for this. When you've selected your edges instead of clicking OK right click on the canvas and select repeat from the marking menu.

Fully agree. This does not only apply to the chamfer function but also commands like copy, extrude, join and so on. I feel like there should be a general 'Apply' option on all functions. (The apply-button will apply the changes but not close the window so to be able to continue without having to restart the function. Some parameter values will need be reset after aplying)

I would like to retract that comment. I did not understand Hughes'answer correctly (and i learned something new): when repeating a function while it is still active it will apply the changes but not close the function. So the general Apply functionality I talked about does already exist.

Thank you Hughes!
