Seriously, you guys,
Fusion is a great software, i enjoy working with it a lot.
A thing i miss a lot is a function drawing wizard!! Sines, Cosines, Spirals (all kinds of, with equal or varying pitch)
for example: to draw a spiral, i have to make an actual spiral first, create a sketch,and project an edge of that spiral. if i dont want full turns, i have to calculate the fraction of a full revolution to get, say, 2.xx turns. Also, i cant determine the starting point of my spiral (also not working for coils...!)
I also cant draw a sine wave, or the mesh of an involute gear. a spline resembling a sine wave is NOT a sine wave.
would also be nice to trace for example a off center dot on a rotating wheel
Maybe a tool like a spyrograph???
also, please implement the tangent constraint for non-circle curves (like splines), but it looks like you are already on to this...
