Fix sculpt mode transformation measure

Sculpting so annoying sometimes.

When using Edit Form to perform a transformation on a polygon by translating, the measure inside the box disappears after moving the camera.

That's disturbing!

If I want to place another specific measure it is added to the previous. Is needed to undo until the initial position of the polygon.

Translating happens, scaling happens, rotating does not happen. Why?

For me, it's a bug.
