Extrude angle/Loft

I'm having some issues about the Extrude angle,
it works very well to simple sketches like circles
but it fails to complex sketches (example bellow - ohm symbol)

I tried to use the loft feature, drawing a second sketch scaled in it
but the scaled feature fails to this sketch too and the work is getting hard.
I would like a feature that can scale this "complex" sketch while extruding,
the same way i do with circles and construct bodies like the example bellow...
