I find myself adding construction geometry and other sketch aids to define a simple thing such as "make this circle the same diameter as this line is long" and I was thinking the other day that it would be wonderful if the Equals constraint in the sketch environment grabbed any compatible value for the inputs.
Here is one use case example:
In a sketch you have a circle and a line and you want to make the circle center point and horizontal line midpoint aligned vertically. You would draw a construction line from the center of the circle to the midpoint of the line and apply a perpendicular relationship between the two lines or apply a vertical constraint to the line connecting the two. Now if you want to make the circle tangent to the end points of the original line, normally you would either dimension both entities making the value of the circle dimension the d* value of the line, or you would draw a construction line parallel to the centerline, tangent to the circle, and coincident with the horizontal line.
What I propose is that instead of those complicated workflows, you just apply an Equals constraint with the circle and horizontal line as the inputs and Fusion would understand that dimensioning either the diameter of the circle or the length of the line with "3mm" would adjust the value of either entity to "3mm".
