Extend splitting should be cancellable
When splitting a face or a solid, the extend splitting tool sometimes takes ages (like 30minutes on complex models) to complete and we should be able to cancel this operation.
Furthermore this option should be disabled by defaut and only checked if the design permits, which is mostly simple geometries and planes.
