Enable chaining of CAM geometry

Would love to see a check box for enable chaining of geometry in CAM. I use a lot of geometry sent by customers and this little function WILL save me time in not having to always modify the geometry I've been given. I run into this a lot and its very frustrating. This block is just an example. I've had to create geometry just machine this flat edge. When I select this edge in 2D contour it selects the straight edge and the radius attached to it. So if I had a check box for chaining geometry I wouldn't have to do this.

Hard to understand what you're after, have you extended the line so it doesn't chain? Have you tried holding the Alt key down when you select the line also if you click a profile a second time you get a small toolbar that lets you modify the selection. The tool bar lets you change from open to closed profile as well as segments in the profile.

Thanks for the information Mark. That is what I was looking for the ability to select specific geometry without selecting it all. New user to the software and trying to figure a few things out.
