Dear Fusion 360 Santa,
In this era , downloadable models are virtually impossible to track. I would like to embed my signature into my designs geometry as a brand stamp that, in the event of any tampering or attempt to remove the signature, even in the CAM Gcode, the entire model self destructs becoming an empty file that cannot be retrieved.
In my opinion this would curb IP theft by malicious parties. This way designer credit passes through to all forms of manufacturing.
I see it as a feature of the Insert menu. Insert / Apply / Signature. Fill out the Name, Date, maybe a password in order to edit later, etc, and the information becomes permanently set into the models geometry.
