One thing that seems to be a struggle in Drawings is getting the leaders position and orientation correct. ANSI vs ISO will provide a different style leader, but there is no manual leader control. Some dimension, like internal position radii, can't be stretched to a new location without adding an arc extension line.
Default Position of the 0.5 radius
Trying to raise the location so there is more room between it and the 0.75 because they overlap on the PDF
Alternate location
In this instance i just want to move it so the leader is a little longer. This works fine when the value is external to the arc or circle, but not in this position.
