DON'T DO MAINTENANCE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS
I've been using A360 for about six months now, and on two occasions, I've lost a half a day's work while Autodesk "improves their services to us." During these down times, I'm unable to work on any project that lives on the A360 server. DO MAINTENANCE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS LIKE MOST WEBSITES!
I think there are large scale AWS outages at the moment. Regardless of that, what is normal business hours? It's a 24 hour world. When you're playing or sleeping, someone else is working.
Thanks for the link. And yes, I understand that there really are no "normal" business hours. It's just frustrating when working on a time sensitive project to be stuck dead in your tracks...
@Anonymous Thanks for the submission - we are very aware/careful at picking our maintenance time (when we do have a maintenance window) and we try to cater to as many people's business hours as possible so that our maintenance is the least impactful. What is happening today is outage that is impacting services and websites worldwide. Thanks for the feedback tho, we will continue to do our best at letting you know ahead of time/as early as possible when we do have a schedule maintenance via our health dashboard.
