Default values for "create" and "modify" features

Default values for "create" and "modify" features

for example when I extrude a surface, I prefer extruding "symmetrically" w/ "whole side" and have to click these options EVERY TIME I extrude a surface. it would be nice to have fusion either...

1) remember the last settings used

or

2) "Save current settings as default"

or

3) if extruding "in mid air" default to symmetric/whole; when extruding off of an existing surface default perpendicular /one-side.

this would save a tremendous amount of clicks

I think the basic idea is correct. However people are very different, so you should not ask for the defaults YOU need.

Rather, there should an option to create presets for operations in general.

Those presets should be somehow presented in the operation parameter window (like a dropdown list for named presets). Choosing among those options could be as tedious as setting the options manually, so maybe just make context-sensitive short cuts in every dialog like Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2, ... so Extrude with a commin setting would be "E", "Ctrl+2" for example.

There are also operation that have little configuration but they should adhere to the same concept just to enable the short cuts.

Choosing a preset should only affect settings and affect values only where it is usefull.

This would give quick access to extrude, revolve, mirror and the hole command. (where fusion dives you crazy, if you have several hole types in your design, want to re-use screws and you have to look up the right parameters over and over again)

Just a thought. I think it would fit in the fusion workflow.
