Dark mode for Fusion 360

Dark mode for Fusion 360

I personally think to add a dark mode to fusion 360 is a great idea, as many users who use Fusion 360 are staring into there monitors/screen for a long period of time and I believe this feature would reduce eye strain and it would also give fusion a classic look and feel, and also let the user the option of how dark and light they what there UI to be. (Example below)

if this is not possible an alternative feature could be a blue light filter which also reduces eye strain.

For example Adobe CC products - 20130515-idcc-1

Why on earth is this not yet implemented in 2020? Tried Fusion and now considering looking for a different CAD software purely because of no availability of dark theme here. I'm using dark theme throughout my computer so having one huge white window is not pleasant.

Have you tried: Display Settings—> Environment—> Dark Sky

It’s not “dark mode” but at least it changes the viewfinders “white” background to “dark” …

But there is no excuse for Autodesk not fully implementing “True Dark Mode” … guess it’s not a priority for them. If more people voted this feature higher, maybe they would implement it.

Vote for dark mode!

putting many hours into learning this software and it is a strain on the eyes.

I look at this like ergonomics, very important for long duration use.

I am particularly light sensitive and have a dry eye medical condition. Any strain I can avoid would be appreciated.

I turn down the monitor brightness considerably, but at some point you are then straining to see features...

PLEASE DARK MODE :):):)

I would like to add my vote for Dark Mode. Looking at a white screen all day really has a strain on the eyes. Yes, I use "Grey Room" as my environment, but  having the entire app dark would be totally worth making this a priority.

Thanks.

Has any progress been made on the dark theme, are there any plans to add one in the future?
