Create stock setup through API

It would be nice if one could create setups (stock setups) using scripts or AddIns.

Currently it is only possible to examine what has been manually created, and there are not many methods for doing so.

This would be a huge timesaver if one often is using setups with the same settings.

@rudisoft. Just looked at the 2 ideas you linked and unfortunately, that is not what I wanted to suggest even though it would be some great additions to the CAM features.

I just wanted to be able to create a setup (the folder) for machining operations through the API. Like one can use the extrude feature through the API applying the same settings every time one uses the custom Add-In.
